Every ioby match program has a deadline to cash out. To receive match funds from an ioby match program, project leaders need to sign their disbursement agreement by the deadline for their program. Each ioby match program lists the program’s deadline in the eligibility terms. You can find information about all current match programs at https://ioby.org/matches.

If the project agreement is not signed by the match program’s disbursement deadline, then the matching funds you’ve raised are forfeit. The campaign will still receive all donations given by donors, but not the matching funds. 

Our team will work with you to meet the deadline. Here’s how:

• ioby will share the program’s deadline when you enroll in an ioby match program.
• You will receive reminders at 90 days, 60 days, and 30 days before your deadline. 
• Your ioby Strategist will work with you to sign paperwork for cashing out your ioby match campaign on time.
• If you have not signed the required project agreement by the deadline, we make one final attempt to get your response.
