How do I submit my project report?

All ioby Leaders need to fill out a Project Report when their project is complete. Per our Terms & Conditions (see the section "If your project is fully funded"), we require this information to ensure all funds raised through ioby.org are used in accordance with our charitable purpose. This is critical to maintaining our 501c3 status and helping us improve our service to ioby Leaders.

When your project is complete, meaning you have expended all funds raised for the project, you will need to do the following to gather all the necessary information and share it with us in one submission:

  1. First, find the custom link we provided to you for submitting your Project Report. You can find this in your project agreement, or in the last email our Finance Team sent you (from [email protected]) when disbursing your funds. You can also always contact us at [email protected] if you are having trouble locating it.
  2. Be prepared to share any success, challenges, photos, or video you are willing to share with us
  3. Be ready to refer to the budget tab on your campaign page to report on what you budgeted to spend by expense category and what you actually spent
  4. If ioby was your fiscal sponsor, be ready to upload all receipts
