One of the most requested features from project leaders has been for an easy and simple way to download your list of donors. We’re happy to share that this feature is now live!
Here’s how to download your donor list on your ioby campaign page:
1. Log in to your ioby account, and visit your ioby campaign page.
2. At the top of your campaign page, click "Donor List Detail."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list of donors, and click "Download Donor List."
That’s all! Your donor list will now begin to download. Click on your downloads folder to see this list.
With this new feature, it’s easier and simpler than ever to send emails to your donors at the end of your campaign and to keep track of your donors for future campaigns. Use it to send a thank you note at any point during your campaign, to share updates on your progress with all your supporters, and to build a warm relationship with your donors!
