Login Instructions
First, head over to the ioby.org home page, and then select "Log In" on the top right the main menu.
Depending on your browser, you may just see a "Menu" option in the top right corner. If so, click on "Menu," and the log in box is located at the very bottom of the list of menu options.
Enter your email or username along with your password.
Troubleshooting
Too many unsuccessful attempts to log in may result in you being temporarily locked out of your ioby account. This lock out lasts 6 hours.
If you can't remember your password, select the option to "request new password."
Enter your email address into the field, and then click on the "E-mail new password" button. Then, look out for password reset instructions in your email inbox. If you don’t receive an email from us, check your junk or spam folders. It may be hiding in there!
If you can't remember your username, use your inbox's search function to look for an email confirmation from "[email protected]" detailing your "account details."
